Residents and invited guests are welcome to join in on our free exercise classes every Tuesday and Friday 10am.
The benefits of these fun sessions are:
- Increase muscle strength, balance and coordination
- Improve sleep, wellbeing and quality of life
- Enjoy a social interaction for a better mental health
- Helps to prevent and manage healthy conditions such as heart diseases and type 2 diabetes
These classes are run by the Exercise and Physiology students from the WA Centre for Rural Health (WACRH).
Classes are fully funded.
