Roger Kwok began his career as group accountant and financial controller of a large multi-franchise motor vehicle group. Five years later he was appointed as a Director to head up the marketing division.
In 1992, he left to pursue his own business interests in healthcare (part owner in medical centres) and property development. During this time Roger also undertook a wide range of medium density inner-city property developments.
As well as establishing Arcadia Group, Roger also served as an executive committee member of the International Business Council of Western Australia from 1997 to 2000 and was a member of the West Australian Trade Advisory Board from 1999 to 2001.
He was the founding chairman of the External Advisory Board of the Curtin University School of Management and served as a board member of the Positive Ageing Foundation of Australia from 2001 to 2006.

Bev is a registered Chartered Accountant with 30 years’ experience in professional services and industry roles. Bev commenced her career at KPMG
and in 1997 was admitted as a partner in a boutique accounting practice. Bev migrated to Australia in 2004 and contracted to an insolvency firm assisting with financial analysis and investigations before joining the Deloitte Forensic practice.
Her roles in professional services in Australia included conducting an investigation regarding financial irregularities in an Australian based company on behalf of an international investor; proving legal support in an action involving breach of directors duties, review and analysis of financials and company records in support of an Expert Witness in forensic accounting matters and assisting with the preparation of independent expert reports; and assisting clients in addressing areas of risk identified by Internal Audit.
Bev left Deloitte to pursue opportunities in several industry roles as both a consultant and financial controller in ASX listed entities with responsibility to oversee the accounting and financial reporting function to the Board. She has extensive experience in reviewing and implementing controls, ensuring governance frameworks are in place and risk management. Prior to joining Arcadia Bev had a role in a forensic team assisting with a review of the financial services division in one of the leading Banks.
In July 2016 Bev was appointed CFO at Arcadia Group. Her role encompasses overseeing financial reporting function, implementing governance and controls as the Group continues to expand. She works closely with the Managing Director to conduct due diligence on considered acquisitions and developments. She is responsible for the overall management and integration of new areas of business.
Following a lengthy career as Chief Pilot & Operations Manager for a regional airline, Angus joined long term business associate Ray Fitzgerald OAM, Managing Director of the St Ives Group; Australia’s largest private provider of care services and retirement village accommodation.
Angus was a member of the St Ives Executive Management Team with the key portfolio of Development, Sales & Marketing. In his role as General Manager, Angus was responsible for the development of over 1100 independent living units. Angus is a licensed real estate agent and has formal qualifications in Marketing and Business Management and has an interest in contract and real estate law in which he lectured during 2000 & 2001.
Angus resigned his position at St Ives to join Arcadia Group in July 2013 as a direct result of his prior association with Roger Kwok.

For several years, Brett worked in radio as an Advertising Consultant. In this role, he created marketing packages for clients that generated income for a non-profit organisation that continues to impact the community today. In addition to radio, Brett has also worked closely with other companies to develop advertising and marketing strategies that have proven to be very successful.
Through personal development, self-motivation and determination, Brett has advanced his profession by obtaining his Agent’s License (Diploma of Property Services). He has forged his career in the Real Estate industry and is excited by what the future holds.
When he’s not working you will find Brett travelling or enjoying the great outdoors boating, swimming or just relaxing at the beach. Brett is a father of two and loves the coastal lifestyle with his fiancé.
