One of the first things you will notice at any Arcadia Waters Village is the warm and friendly smiles of the residents who greet you. Eight years ago I became the very first resident at Arcadia Waters on the Canning River and spent the first 3 months on my own here. I had already paid a deposit on a home in another village when I decided to go along to a presentation about Arcadia Waters.
When I saw what they were planning and the vision they had for the village, I just knew instinctively that it was right for me. So I chose a house in a position that backed onto what became a beautiful waterway and that was it. Twelve months later, I moved in and have never regretted it one bit. It is a great location, close to the train, the bus and the shops. There is great security and now all the homes are occupied, I enjoy a really friendly social life.
